Transfer of the business operations and trademark rights of Terracult International GmbH to Floragard Vertriebs-GmbH
Floragard Vertriebs-GmbH from Oldenburg announces that the business operations and trademark rights of Terracult International have been taken over as of 1 November 2021. With this step, Floragard's position on the world market for professional substrates will be further expanded.

The brands Terracult blue for high-quality growing media and Terracult green for raised bog peat from the Baltics will continue to be available to long-standing Terracult customers.
In the future, Terracult customers will also benefit from the modern central laboratory and the 600 m² greenhouse in Oldenburg with regard to the further development of optimal culture and climate-adapted formulations.
