New Dual Leadership Strengthens Sales

As of October 1st, Gramoflor has reorganized its sales management: In the future, Jens Müller and Julia Wehkamp will jointly take on the responsibility for sales as a leadership duo. This strengthens the company's proximity to the market and aligns sales consistently with the needs of its customers.

Jens Müller has joined the Gramoflor team at the beginning of October. His focus is on targeted market development, the strategic further development of the field sales team, and the expansion of customer relationships. Jens Müller has over 30 years of experience in the green industry, most recently in sales management at a substrate manufacturer. He represents clear market steering, sales dynamics, and partnership communication.

Julia Wehkamp has been working at Gramoflor as the head of internal sales for over a year now. She is particularly responsible for the further development of the internal sales department, optimizing internal processes, and digital transformation. Her special focus is on the interlinking of sales, operations, and service – for efficient processes and high customer satisfaction. Julia Wehkamp brings extensive experience in leading international sales teams as well as in process design and optimization.

The new sales dual leadership reports directly to Managing Director Stefan Kreft.
