Establishment of a medical marijuana production facility in Thailand
With the signing of a cooperation agreement between Bienestar T&N, Cannabizta, Bosman Van Zaal, Delphy and Paradise Seeds, an important step has been achieved towards the development of a high-quality medical standard for the production and processing of marijuana in Thailand.

This is also the first step in Asia to improve capacity for cultivation and strain development and make Thailand a premier medical marijuana center in Asia.
The agreement to establish a medical marijuana production facility in Thailand was signed on April 15, 2022 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Together with business partners Bosman Van Zaal B.V., Delphy B.V. and Paradise Seeds B.V., the company will realize high-quality production of medical marijuana in Thailand.
The board members of the companies were present at the ceremony: Mr. Niphon Panthakiatpaisal (CEO of Bienestar T&N Co. Ltd.), Mr. Makorn Chaowanich (CEO of Cannabizta B.V.), Mr. Marco Braam (CEO of Bosman Van Zaal B.V.), Mr. Jeroen van Buren (founder of Delphy B.V.) and Mr. Luc Krol (founder of Paradise Seeds B.V.). The signing ceremony was also honored by the presence of His Excellency Chatri Archjananun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands, and Dr. Somsak Akkasil, Director General of the Department of Medical Services, and his executives. The signing ceremony was followed by a tour of the Bosman Van Zaal plant.
