New Florall Award for the best stand

Flemish horticultural and nursery companies will be showcasing their products at the spring edition of the FLORALL fair. The focus will be on the product range for the upcoming season. In addition to growers, major trading and export companies, as well as around ten suppliers (substrates, fertilizers, automation, climate control, etc.) will also be taking part.

All participating companies and their products can be found in the free trade fair catalogue, in the plant register on the website and on the attached trade fair map.

The FLORALL fair takes place at Waregem Expo, which offers convenient access and a spacious parking area close to the exhibition halls. Thanks to its accessibility and compact format, FLORALL offers visitors a unique opportunity to discover the entire Flemish spring assortment in just one day.

Florall awards

As in previous years, the FLORALL AWARDS will be presented during the fair. A professional jury will award gold, silver and bronze FLORALL AWARDS to the best new plant varieties and to the most innovative sales or presentation concept.

For the first time, a “FLORALL AWARD STAND" will be presented to the producer delivering the most outstanding stand presentation at the fair. An independent jury will visit all stands throughout the day and assess them based on four criteria identity and recognizability, accessibility and interaction, communication and focus and verall impression and visual appeal.

To prepare for the competition, participants were able to attend a training session offering practical tips on how to present their products and message in the strongest possible way. This training was part of the ongoing project "Als ik jou was", a collaboration between Boerenbond, AVBS, and ten ornamental plant growers.

The fair is free of charge and exclusively open to horticultural professionals, including wholesalers, garden centres, landscaping contractors and representatives of public green spaces.
