Danziger will host a series of international Rose Open Days in early 2026, offering growers in key production regions the opportunity to evaluate new genetics and established commercial varieties within its expanding global rose portfolio.

Danziger has announced the Global Rose Festival 2026, a sequence of Roses Open Days scheduled to take place in Kenya (16–20 February 2026) and Colombia (24–27 March 2026), with an additional invitation-only Open Day in Ecuador. Registration for the Kenya and Colombia events is currently open.

The Open Days are designed to provide growers with direct access to Danziger’s latest rose introductions while presenting a broad selection of established and recently released varieties. The events underline the company’s strategic focus on strengthening its position in the global rose segment.

According to Ori Danziger, Deputy CEO, the company has intensified investment in its rose breeding program, prioritizing genetics that deliver field reliability, production efficiency and distinct market character. The stated objective is to establish Danziger as a long-term partner for growers, offering consistent performance and clear differentiation within competitive export markets.

Among the highlighted introductions is ‘Senti Intensity’, positioned for uniformity and field performance, with synchronized, symmetrical opening and a vase life of up to 14 days. ‘Senti French Kiss’ combines vivid coloration, balanced head size and a thornless pedicel to facilitate handling, alongside long vase life and a high proportion of uniform stems.

‘Pistachio Kiss’ introduces a lavender tone framed by a green outer layer and is described as combining novelty with production practicality, supported by cold tolerance and postharvest performance. ‘Caramel Dream’ adds warm brown-sand hues and a garden-style opening, targeting premium and event-driven segments. Completing the selection, ‘Senti Joyful’ is characterized by synchronized opening, high yield and an extended vase life of 16–18 days.

Founded in the 1950s, Danziger operates breeding, propagation and nursery facilities in Israel, Guatemala, Kenya and Colombia, supplying vegetative material to approximately 1,000 customers in more than 60 countries. The company manages a broad portfolio of varieties under Plant Breeders’ Rights and continues to expand its rose segment through targeted breeding and grower partnerships.
